  • Ownership: Seller-led, ready to retire or transition

  • Years in Operation: 10+ preferred

  • Workforce: Stable team and/or management in place

  • Financial Profile: Strong, consistent positive cash flow

  • Single Customer Revenue Concentration: Preferably less than 30%

  • Preferred Industries: Home services, Oilfield & energy services, Industrial logistics & trucking, Metal fabrication (especially in power grid infrastructure), Niche manufacturing, Tech-enabled B2B services
